Mr. Abboud is the CEO and Founder of H7b1.
For several years, Rafik and his team have provided to corporations and their counsel advanced data technology support services in the framework of various legal matters, such as M&A due diligence, international arbitrations, MLAT requests, regulatory compliance matters, internal compliance investigations and cross-border litigation and SEC/DOJ investigations such as FCPA matters.
As such, Rafik has developed an organization that is unique in continental Europe, and he is viewed as a precursor to a Europeans litigation technology practice by many among law firm partners, general counsel and legal technology professionals in Switzerland, Europe and the United States.
Prior to entering the legal industry, Rafik held various positions in the European technology industry. He graduated, with highest honors, from the Geneva University of Applied Sciences in 1988.
