LexisNexis Concordance Products

 

- Concordance: "Concordance" is a full-text database management program that features sophisticated search and retrieval functions, highly focused on management of legal documents.

- Concordance Image: "Concordance Image" (ex-Opticon) is an image management program that features enhanced image viewing and that is seamlessly working with "Concordance".

- Concordance FYI: "Concordance FYI" is a software solution composed of FYI Server and FYI Reviewer. FYI Server is powerful software used to securely provide access to Concordance and Opticon databases remotely over LANs, WANs and the Internet. FYI Reviewer is a web plug-in allowing the review of documents stored on the server, without having to install Concordance or Opticon on a users' workstation. FYI features secure user identification and data encryption, as well as remote administration.

 

IPRO Image Viewing & Retrieval

 

- IPRO View: IPRO View is an image retrieval program used to view, search, annotate and retrieve digital images locally, over a LAN, a WAN, or the Internet.

- IPRO iNet: IPRO iNet is a 32-bit secure Client Server program that allows access to image collections over a Local Area Network, a Wide Area Network or the Internet.

 

IPRO Scanning & Capturing

 

- IPRO Premium Scan: IPRO Premium Scan is a complete imaging system that allows documents to be scanned into electronic media for compact storage and easy retrieval.

- IPRO eScan-IT: IPRO eScan-IT Version 2.8 is a powerful, simple, feature-rich electronic data discovery imaging solution that provides a simple, one-stop solution for locating, imaging, high speed document numbering, OCRing, and indexing/coding that is compatible with major litigation imaging and database products.

- IPRO Mail-IT: Mail-IT provides corporate mailrooms with a safe, efficient way to process and deliver incoming mail. Mailroom workers simply place incoming mail in the scanner's document feeder, scan it, and select the recipient. Mail-IT supports ISIS, Kofax, or TWAIN scanners and multifunction devices. Mail-IT creates PDF files with or without searchable, embedded OCR text. The Mail-IT workstation can be configured to deliver the PDF files or links to PDF files to the mail recipients. FTP support provides remote access to public mail. A complete reporting feature allows tracking of email distribution.

 

IPRO Coding & Indexing

 

- IPRO Code-IT: Designed for Law Firms, CODE-IT™ provides an integrated, process-oriented approach to document coding. CODE-IT™ enables users to code from paper, TIFF image files, or an IPROView™ Premium project. CODE-IT™ handles the entire coding project life cycle from requirements definition/project setup, to coding, quality control, and data validation, concluding with the export of the completed files into a Litigation Support Database.

- IPRO V-Code: VCode is a code from image system allowing secure document coding over the Internet or a local area network. The application allows simple yet powerful creation of coding projects and batches. VCode's systems-based approach enables you to track coding batches through unitization, coding, QC and export.

 

IPRO Image Management Modules

 

- IPRO-OCR: The IPRO-OCR is used to create OCR .TXT files from any IPRO Tech supported image file format for use in a third-party database. Utilizing a client/server methodology, IPRO-OCR can work as the server allowing you to add additional client workstations to expedite the process. IPRO OCR also creates word highlight load files for IPRO View.

- IPRO Build: The IPRO Build Module is a powerful production tool for the industry. This product allows the creation of renumbered collections, endorsed images and searchable PDF files, based upon the users criteria.

- IPROPublish Viewer: A run-time version of IPRO View called IPublish Viewer automatically installs during the IPublish process and can be used to view, tag, annotate, search OCRed text, print, and perform a number of other functions on the image collection. When used with IPRO Build, IPublish becomes an effective way to distribute secured image collections to in-house or other counsel.

- IPRO Print: The IPRO Print (Batch Print) Module is designed for large volume, high speed batch printing in a network environment. This module works with IPRO image viewing software, the IPRO Build module, and the IPRO Task Print Utility program.

- IPRO WAN: For businesses with multiple location sites connected via a wide area network, the WAN module is the key to organizing multiple image storage locations. Using high-speed transfer lines, image collections can be made easily accessible to remote locations. A single IPRO Tech retrieval station can be configured to access image collections (projects) from up to 10 unique site locations.

- IPROSecure: When image collections contain sensitive information, the IPROSecure module is a must. Designed to limit access to image collections to authorized users only, the IPROSecure module provides a protective layer to guard against unauthorized access.

- IPRO Reports and Utilities: The Reports and Utilities module is a powerful project management and reporting tool. This module provides many reports including the image gaps report, manifest, and volume manifest reports and utilities to allow replication of project data between local (laptop) systems and the main projects.
